A Brand is a living, breathing construct and needs to speak in the same voice across all touchpoints. Because everytime a patient comes in contact with our brand, they should experience the same consistent tone in all of our communication, across print and digital media.

Our tone is light, real, smart , personalised and motivating. With a sense of hope and happiness. The language is easy to understand and not superfluous.

Our tone is conversational and never instructional. It brings in the nuances of day to day conversations that a patient would be having with a caregiver / care partner

Our brand tone is reassuring, prudent and uses a vocabulary of international standards, which can be understood by patients from the world over.
